Chantel Oates
Originally from England, I now live in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and am the mother of two boys. I have been a qualified hairdresser since 1997 and have a Certificate 3 in child care, obtained in 1999. In 2016 I decided to combine my two passions and began Little Scissors. I love children (yes, even yours) and have been surrounded by them all my life.
